I just got one of these of ebay for $5, the numbers are certainly not equivalent to real world measurement.

Right hand maxes out at 130 and if i squeeze harder the plastic makes a cracking sound, left hand only gets 98 ...so it looks like i have some work to do.

Most people who don’t use COC gripers only seem to get 60-70.

i actually bought one of these on ebay for $5 including shipping. I took it to the training room at my university and compare it to a real hand dynamometer. I can say with 100% certainty that the number this device produces is roughly 2 times as high has the real measurement. They are a fun toy, but don't waste your money if you plan on using this for real testing.
