@omgiheartbows You have to bleach it more than once. Wait for 2weeks or more to bleach it again. My hair is blonde, After bleaching it i put a Violet toner on it to take the yellow out. The violet toner i used turned my hair a purple/blueish blonde color for a few days. after washing it a few times it comes out.

@omgiheartbows Have you tried manic panic amplified bleach or loriel quick blue bleach,those both work fairly well ^^. But to to get it that bright you may need to do it 2 or 3 times,make sure to heal your hair in between in bleaching session. Also another thing,go tips first,it works better ^^
