@lammes1990 hey everybody, usually you have to type into browser: 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 as ip address and voila and press enter after you typed in :D and then it will pop up a little window and there you type in usually admin as user name and admin as password, but read your routers manual or search for it on the internet well good luck :)

Before making ANY modifications to your router via it's default IP (like 192.168.x.x), you should get express permission from your sysadmin or other IT professional. Then, make sure that you are making a direct connection from your computer to your router. And yes, this includes laptops.

I couldn't get to my router log in page either, so I just pressed the reset button on my router for about 30 secs. After resetting the router, the page loaded no probs. Hope this helped.
