i tried this and it doesnt work anymore it is out of date sadly to say cause i didnt realease my spirit when i was in the arathi basin and then i went into the warsong gulch and i was not aloud to move for 2 minutes and it kept saying i was dead and then i was aloud to move but the gates were opened by that time so do not try this it is a waste of time! :(

Uh yeah you can use a mount. Just like the other BGs. Just need to hit 30 and have 45 gold. Or at least Armory said it's 45 gold for regular mount. But you can use your mount anywhere outside in WSG.
