@outsidersaudioworx - Personally, I would only be using an epicenter on my subwoofer amps - So in that case, no, it won't affect the mids & highs of your system... It's meant to restore the bass that may be lost over various source eq settings & limitations (like how an ipod cuts off much of low end frequencies) The epicenter can bring those notes back so you can hear them again.

I had a red top die at a comp once (street A one battery ), I was able to get a burp off even with everything clicking on and off, car shut off during the burp and that was it. Battery at 9.XX volts. Some guy who hardly spoke english helped me get started up and I was able to drive off on the alternator power.
