the storyline for this game is total bullshit cold war didn't end because soviet union couldn't keep up with the western technologys it was totally different and the us didn't form an alliance with russia also the storyline is copied from the falklands war alot i finished this and red river and i have to say they go along with america's propanganda against china 2 games totally different storylines and the same enemy. the company is money grabbers the customer always comes first not robbed!

To the guy who said that fast roping down is less efficient. It really depends on what you're doing. If you're going into a tight space where you need to be more acurate in troop placement then yes using the little birds would be better, but if you're trying to secure a larger area with more troops then fast roping in would be better suited. The problem with little birds is that each one can only carry one 4 guys while the Black Hawk can carry up to around 12 or 13 guys and drop them in fast.

Theres supposed to be about 70 weapons, and 50 vehicles. Weather or not those are all drivable, I don't know. But this game looks kick ass.

dude i beat the game and played MP u may only find Black Hawk transport, those APCs, M1A2 Abrams, and some Armored vehicles like Humvey, no lil bird no gunships and MP is too buggy packed with major LAG, they must fix alota problems in this game by making versions otherwise this game will FAIL

there is a lil bird in MP, and its the only thing i like about the game. its so fast and it can turn on a dime.

all can be accesed through the mission editor. not all vehicles are driveable. i would say about 25 driveable vehicles.

Yes you most definetely can. Scopes, laser pointers, body armor, you name it..thermal vision, Silencers...ect...

i wish they had the chinook on there. it would be good for multiplayer because u could get troops and vehicles across the map very quickly.

I'm sure they will. I thought of the same thing with BFBC2. This isn't all of the vehicles, though. I'm sure they will have Army helicopters such as the Chinook judging that they have the Nightstalker's AH-6J.

I thought the whole landscape was a lot bigger than that. I saw a video where it's two slands; one big and one small. Personally, I'm a big fan of helicopters, as you are too. I'd personally love transporting a Humvee in a Chinook helicopter across the map to an enemy base or something, despite the map being 4km x 4km - if it is.

the full map is 220 square kilometers. the multiplayer maps are only 4km x 4km

@TheGatman101 Roping down is for places in urban combat areas, where it's just too small or not visible/compatible for the pilot to land.

In other words, roping down is meant for dropping into a city block where it's literally impossible to land into a crossroad without destroying the helicopter and everything else in the 1/8 mile radius.

You need to THINK before you rant over the world's greatest, smartest, and most epic military force.

i have arma 2 and let me tell u - there's a reson games stick to ONE particular avenue. jets suck in arma 2 a bit. I use trackir but I like realism and I think jumping into a damn jet isnt real for a grunt.

the Marine Corps. does not use Blackhawks they use the CH-46 Sea Knight, the CH-53 Super Stallion and AH-1 Super Cobra.

Black hawk is ok though. Navy has their own version of the UH60 so that could be it.

yeah most likely it could be a transport version of the Seahawk, but i sitll think a UH-1N Twin Huey would much more fitting >:D, yes people the Marine Corps. uses the UH-1N Huey

@sethbmth hopefully by now you've realized Marines are deployed by ship, so ofcourse they use NAVY helos, meaning the SH-60 SeaHawk hence the SH-60
