@raymex I noticed you missed the point So i will explain it again.
Floyd was charged with defamation, you asked why he did not go to court, i replied with, unless the crime he was committed with is rape or murder he will not face jail or have to proceed with the hearings at all. It has everything to do with him being rich and famous and i named all those other rich and famous people as an example as to someone using their fame to skate by from facing sentencing. Understand?

@BlackOwnedDollars So instead of facing his charges and proving everyone correct of his allegations like a real man he just decides to pay off and skate the system. Oh I completely understand. Here's something plain cut and simple. No one is above the law, regardless of social stature and economic standing, you aren't entitled to not show up to a court hearing no matter how ludicrous the charges are. Because the claimant will be ruled in their favor and the defendant is automatically guilty.

@raymex So since Floyd dodged the court hearing let me ask you this: Why haven't the police locked him up? Why is he not in jail for a warrant under his arrest? Since nobody is above the law and nobody can skate by charges no matter the circumstances why is he not in jail? Please tell me

@BlackOwnedDollars Simple, Manny's party settled on a default judgement. Being that this is a tort case in which Mayweather could potentionally lose money maybe $100,000. This is not a federal/state government case in which you were trying to describe. For criminal cases that require a form of punishment such as rape or murder, a federal/state case is implied. Since this is a civil case, it is a tort case that requires repayment to the victim party. He won't be "Money" much longer.

@BlackOwnedDollars Let me rephrase that so that you have a better idea of how the courts work. Initially, Manny suing Mayweather for defamation is a tort case, not a criminal case, in which the worst case scenario, Floyd would just have to pay a lot of money out of his pocket. Now since Floyed didn't show up and it is a court ordered deposition, the judge has the right to send out an a bench arrest, this part is where it changes to criminal case. @BlackOwnedDollars ...settled for a default judgement. Manny's party could have let the judge go ahead with the arrest order. So Mayweather should be thankful that Manny didn't. Knowing that he goes to jail for not showing up to court but instead paying for the default judgement of the case. Once again it would have been a lot easier to just show up and if you have nothing to prove at least you were man enough to admit it in court. You can't just run away and expect nothing to happen.

@BlackOwnedDollars Manny has compassion for his enemies, it's why he is widely respected. Either way, Mayweather loses out. This joke is going to be costly to him especially added to his other charges that he's had. He's probably just going to try to pay his way out.

@raymex I dont buy it, you sue someone who defames your name but you wont have them arrested for what they did to you. Manny did not want this case, this is something his handlers did for him to keep the match from being started. He's rich as hell, he will pay the fine and be over it and not even think twice about it so it really does not make sense.

Bet both of you are wondering whats up his sleeve. It bothers both of you that Manny is taking the high road. He only feels sorry for him enough that he got more charges against him so he only settled for a default. Hell if I was undefeated I'd take any challenger, regardless if he juicing or not. Least I had the balls and I be rich after.

@raymex Floyd does not care if he wont get arrested. You are actually doing him a favor by not getting him locked up. It wont eat him up, it wont drive him nuts he is probably driving around in an expensive car living it up. I dont understand why Floyd gets so much disrespect from people who want to see him lose. Why should he fight a cheater and be called a coward if he doesn't?

@BlackOwnedDollars Common sense dictates if you are a champ you start acting like one by fighting anyone regardless of what he may or may not be on, at least you get the respect you deserve because you have the balls, as I previously stated. His 41-0 speaks for itself like you fans claim, so why doesn't he take the fight? Because that 0 is all he has, and he afraid to lose it. I believe him to be a superior skilled fighter but you fooling yourself if he ain't afraid.

@raymex He is afraid of losing it. Of course. Im not denying it and i will never deny it. Now that we've gotten past that answer me this, why cant the fight get made? Its because Manny wont agree to testing. People make it seem as if Floyd is wrong for asking for a test. Yet, why is it Manny came to the negotiations table with all these demands but cant agree to Floyd's one single demand? People allow for Manny to have 3034384 different excuses but Floyd asking for a test is cowardly?

@BlackOwnedDollars Cowardly Mayweather after 41 fights not once has he asked for this type of testing, why is it any different with Pacquiao? I'll say it again for the third time, if he was acting like a champion regardless of what the opponent was doing, he wouldn't put up testing just to make the fight. He should be able to outskill him right? Floyd's the one making excuses. He's the one only fighting once a year while Manny is most active, who making excuses now? Maybe he should retire again.

@raymex Manny never started asking for his fighters to drain in weight but he did for Oscar but its not cowardly? He never asked for 8oz gloves instead of the NSAC 10oz gloves but he isn't cowardly? He never asked ANY OTHER OPPONENT FOR A 10 MILLION POUND PENALTY but that isn't cowardly?
And again, how is asking for a blood test cowardly? He asked Mosely for a blood test. Was that cowardly?

@BlackOwnedDollars Ok, so if you and Mayweather are so convinced that he is just coasting off these wins, what is stopping him or any other potential fighter from just going with a fight with Manny to prove once and for all how fake he is? Never mind doing it for money since the answer seems to be the longer the wait the longer the draw power. This is for legacy, history will tell who is fake and who isn't. Right now it's becoming more apparent the Floyd ain't got a good legacy to set in stone.

Let's take a look at the Mayweather Marquez fight, why would he overeweigh at a couple pounds the limit and asking someone to come up at weight in which he wasn't natural in. And he was naturally smaller, yet he can't face Pacquiao, that's pretty damn cowardly. I've already answered your questions in the past posts but YOU are the one ignoring them. @BlackOwnedDollars Because the boxing commission doesn't have to change it's protocol to accommodate one fighters paranoia. If Floyd's fear of losing makes him demand special testing, then every fighter is gonna' come in with crazy demands. A standard has to be upheld. Floyd doesn't get the privilege of changing the rules. That's not to say he's isn't great, because he in fact is. But if he wants to prove himself to world, get in there and beat paq then retire as the best!

So when you say crazy demands, why is it Manny can ask for 8oz gloves instead of the WW boxing commission standardized 10oz? So he can hit harder. Why did he ask Floyd for a 10 million dollar weight penalty for every pound over 147 instead of the commissions 150,000? So what you're saying is its ok for Manny to get what he wants, but Floyd cant? So Manny can change the rules? Oh Ok.

@BlackOwnedDollars Pacquiao paranoid? Mayweather is the one making unnecessary demands. After his initial 40 or 41 fights, why does he have to make it so special on the next one and suddendy implement testing? He is so cautious of Pacquiao he wouldn't even represent his case in court. He could easily notify the court on his concerns of ODST effectively detecting anything regarding "juicing" and convince them to have Manny do random ODST, then after fight show the results as proof. But he didn't.
