Hi Ellen. I hurt my back last week picking up my luggage. Ohhhh, my, gosh, does it hurt!! I am 41 years old and work out religiously. It is killing me to not go to the gym. It has been a week since the injury and I am just now standing upright and not like a caveman! How did you make it through your injury and being stationary for so long? I am getting depressed as the tube around my middle is getting bigger as I sit!!!!
Damn that just bites that you hurt your back Ellen. I know the agony that goes with a back injury. MSN & GLUCOSAMINE are good to take to help ward off arthritis to the injury. Calcium is good too. Good luck with your recovery.
