If you are asking about Wendell Fergueson, the amp he is playing is a Louis Electric "Tremblelux" with no effects. If you watch carefully, you will see that the player, guitar, pickups and amplifier are identified for each artist on the video. It is sort of an overlay in the middle of the screen.
