The A700 has the great Quick Navi thing so no need to go to the Menu to set up WL ;)... Just press FN, select to the Flash icon using the joystick (don't press the joystick to confirm just move the selection there) and use the wheel until "WL" is there.

It would be worth saying that Pre-TTL should be used whenever any light modifiers or bouncing will be used.

@baraamaljanabi The internal flash is not part of the lightning setup. The internal flash fires a signal right BEFORE the picture is taken, but not DURING.
