I think Scot Forstall has Steve's attention to detail. I think After Tim Cook who yeah may not be one of "the crazy ones" doesn't mean he doesn't have what it takes to run Apple. Steve Jobs was no idiot and I am confident he appointed Tim Cook to handle it and lead it to a good future. Jony Ivy has no interest in running Apple, he is an artist with his products.

Never really understood why the world is always after popularity and not the truth. Steve Jobs like many others was a copy-cat. But what makes him different from those others was his marketing genius. Nothing less, nothing more.

What did Steve mean to me, as a customer? Well, he brought about the creation of a great operating system that I love using and because of this, it taught me to ignore people who get on your case just for being different. I don't know how many times people have given me shit for using an iMac, but I know that it's all idiotic. Just do what you like and if you remember that what you're doing affects no one but you, you'll be much happier.
