not the best for the side impact (only acceptable overall rating) glass for the driver and suckie driver dummy kinematics. and the rear of the side air curtain could have been bigger so that the rear passenger has more head protection. (he hit his head a bit on the c-pillar)
the driver and the passenger sitting behind the driver would be pretty much dead in that crash.
The older gen of TSX were small, and the sides were less buffed. The newer TSX seemed to have fix these issues and also the side curtain airbags that you're talking about.
its kinda sad that a nice acura gets an acceptabal.

in an accident similar to this, the driver and passenger would def survive, with minor injuries, a cracked rib at the most
