Great vid, and i am canadian. Still think its a great vid. And btw in regards to world's "best" spec ops team, its not really known, but it is said that SAS is first, spetznatz a very close second, and not lying , but Canada's JTF2 actually placed third on the list. This list has been thrown around so many times, so i can't give exact proof. But The polish special operations team is 4th i think, the green berets are right after if not in 4th. JTF2 is suprising tho, from canada, but yet so deadly

@toonimp actually no, the most elite unit in the United States would be the Green Berets who placed 4th, the Seals aren't considered to be that elite as many more people are accepted into the SEALS. Also SAS, Spetznatz and JTF2's training is almost unforgiving, they completely de-sensetize you and turn normal soilders into killers that can take out targets without remorse. SAS is also an airborne regiment, so they do jumps, which seals dont. Seals are good,dont get me wrong, but not the best.

SEAL stand for sea air and land. plus you can go into the green berets fast but the seals have to be atleast 28 and have to be in the navy and then they go to B.U.D.S. where the first day they go swim in the water at 4:00 in the morning and then stand on the beach for hours.

@toonimp And also, Seals are elite, no doubt about it, but there are alot of people that get accepted easily, and green berets are more secretive about operations. The seals specialize in a wider variety,sure, but the Green Berets are considered experts in their operations which usually are land combat. But if you put green berets and seals in a field exercise, and they had to take a building, green berets would win. Also green berets get jump certefied too so only factor they dont have is navy

@CadetBrandon theres only about 2,000 seals in service. most people dont make through the first month of B.U.D.S. Also the seals are considered americas deadliest spec-op soldiers. I search it up and I see those words everywhere. But you are deffinetley right about the S.A.S. they are some of the best of the best.

@toonimp Aha. Yeah the SAS, there is no competition. They kill without remorse, and they are like Jedi, they are almost impossible to kill. But as long as the spec ops teams never fight eachother, we can appreciate them.

@hammerhead4896 Lets be realistic here, the Taliban arent going anywhere, US are fighting a war that cant be won, Afghanistan wont have any sort of structure other than ruling of Taliban or Miltia of some sort, i can bet you in ten years time down the line Afghan wont have established a government !

@toonimp Also, think about it. Russian's always have the reputation of being cold blooded killers and beasts of war. Their spetznatz usually train in northern russia, in -40 weather. JTF2 also has this option(Canada). Also, this is a fact. Each year, the US Marines and the Canadian Reserve(Militia, whatever you call it) have a mock war competition. For every 1 Canadian Reservist that died= 6 Marines died. You guys have numbers, but others have skill and better training.

@CadetBrandon seals are deffintly NOT last. the seals are better than green berets. and others on this list. tho i think i want to search up your JTF2 tho. it sounds like an interesting force

@toonimp No there are many on the list, but those are the top 8 i remember. And also, ive looked at statistics and i have a friend who serves in the seals, more people are accepted into seals, and your odds of becoming a seal are higher of becoming a green beret. Theres a bunch probably to follow, like the Australian SAS and others, but im not sure. But yes JTF2 was formed in 93' to replace the disbanded airborne(long history to that).
