I have played the violin for 9 years now, I can assure you it's way more difficult to play this in an orchestra (especially a smaller one) then just being able to play the tune on your own, don't just comment something if you don't know what your talking about please, thank you.

this is played quite slow to be honest. Played it many times and in a speed that I somethimes dont even read the notes and just play out of my head because there is no time to read. But I rarelly make mistakes with this piece. Love to play it although I love playing Dvorak much many more

Bands and string ensambles have the same amounts of energy!! The point is they play with their hearts!! Leave it at that. Although, in my opinion, the ensamble always sounds smoother and easier to listen to than the band, I myself being a cellist. And I also played this peice, but the UBER long one, my arm felt so stiff...I luffles the way they played this peice, it's excellent.
