Why u need a thai partner for, there is no other country that has weird law like this, u want someone to give up 51% of shares to some stranger? When ppl investing in your country is a gd thing. This way it's not possible, and what for 3 persons a director can be same person as owner and then secretary that's all. Such a beautiful country but weird law.
