    There are other Irish cream liqueurs. But if you're avoiding alcohol (although the alcohol evaporates during baking) I would substitute chocolate milk, but of course it would be a chocolate bread pudding without the irish cream taste. Thanks for watching.

    It will be totally different without baileys. All the alcohol evaporates but the remaining flavors are retained. Nobody is going to get buzzed by eating this cake :)

    Hi text versions of the video recipe can be viewed by clicking the down arrow to the left of the number of views so you can see the ingredients. What appeared to be pink because of the lighting was the chocolate baileys water mixture. Hope this helps.
