its better to teach yourself than a teacher, because teachers suck, i had a teacher and he sucked, but then as soon as i quit, i teached my self and i already know 10 songs, and i bearly started playing 6 months

it doesn't matter how long u play but if u want and u burn ur body on practise!

in this case Sweet dreams is the easiest song for a new one i think.

Also u can learn guitar without a teacher! Guitar pro (program) doing everything. so just search it and download it.
