  • Oh man I can't wait!!!

  • so u can get rhino on mac without usin bootcamp (window xp)?

can some one please tell me how much it costs (in £) to get rhino for mac??

  • @sweetyasaly Rhino 5 for PC and iRhino for Mac OSX aren't finished, they still in beta versions. So its hard to tell how much they will cost, I could say that they could be the same prize they are charging right now.

  • i was actually theree

    congreso dime 1.0 puerto vallartaaa

who would know i would be running rhino on my mac right now ...

  • Awsome

  • brilliant, as an architect I'm delighted

I wish autodesk also invested on the mac platform

  • Well, I guess AutoDesk Maya runs under OSX. Though admittedly the port to OSX was created whilst Maya was still Alias|Wavefront.

With Rhino and Unigraphics coming, and VectorWorks, Ashlar, FormZ, LightWave, Cinema4D and Concepts Unlimited/Shark FX already there, things look pretty good for 3D modelling/CAD on MacOSX.

So how about those dinosaurs from SolidWorks?

  • yes, but loads of studios still use autocad, or revit...or max. So as a employee we might end up working on vista. Don't get me wrong, I work on vista and osx. But I really prefer OSX, for all the reasons... :)

ps. ho yes, and Vray and maxwell have also OSX versions that helps "bigtime"

  • @DesignDrone They really are Dinosaurs at Dassault with SolidWorks. CATIA works on Mac OS X but - No - SolidWorks doesn't. At Least Siemens does :-)

  • I have been waiting for this to happen for years now, thanks!
