Try doing an air throw.. [DF+3+4] just after a dash..

f then air throw.. [f~n~DF+3+4]

You will surely see Blue Sparks and there comes the JFSR.. :D

Then you can do it with the reel command.. XD

Dear Mr. n0lsk1. I cannot hit anything after the first 3~4 in pretty much an jfsr combo. I'm not quite sure when I should do the 3+4, 3~4, so i'm sure its my timing thats throwing me off, but when exactly should I do it?

Hitting a 3+4, 3~4 after a JFSR should be really easy, continuing the combo is hard.

Basically, do it as early as possible. Go into Practice Mode and turn on Hit Analysis, that should help too.

If you're trying to do JFSR, 3+4, 3~4, dash~ then you must SSL beforehand, even add an extra half-SSL; the combo doesn't work if you're not off-axis.

If you're trying to do JFSR, 3+4, 3~4~f, ... then just make sure you hold f after you hit the last 4.

You should get it in no time ;)

Yeah, thats what I was having trouble with. I wasn't sure when I should have hit with the 3~4, and I never seemed to be able to hit after. I occasionally land a 2 after the f, then a f+3,u/f+3,4,3. But thus far thats the most I've been able to do.

also, that tssr you did seems so much more effective than mine. I only somewhat end up behind them XD. Is that a timing issue?

I'm finding it very hard to connect the 2 in JFSR/SR, 3+4, 3~4~f, 2... is this due to the timing of when to execute 3~4~f when they r falling down (asap?) or something to do with the 2?

Its forward neutral! Don't forget that part. Also, this part is what killed me, but I was using the flat part of my thumb to do d/f, but when I use the tip of my thumb it works much better.

A lot of forums and seasoned players will tell you to buy these expensive imported sticks, but it's whatever you feel comfortable with. I bought the HORI FS3 because it was the only one I could find, but eventually I got used to it and the stick became second nature. I don't have a problem wavedashing off it and I'm not even a Mishima player.

You're only choice really is either a Korean or Japanese stick. If you're wondering, I use a Jap stick.

Since I never give out ALL of my secrets, there are 2 combo's missing from this video which are my and possibly THE most damaging combos with Hwoarang;

One is his most damaging non-wall combo, which is 132 dmg.

The other is his most damaging wall combo, which is 166 dmg.

Both can be done on mid-sized characters, and are 100% guaranteed.

And no, I'm not telling anyone how to do them :P. There is enough information in this video for you guys to figure them out :)

wow i thought i was good with that character. but after watching your videos i see that am nothing compared to your level. thx i know how i can improve my play style. so far i can't take out the strongest players by using the basics and stop their moves. with this i should be able to go full offence so thx time to try them.

Thankyou very much! I used iMovie for the editing, and GarageBand for the music. It took a few hours to go from import, organise, edit, subtitles, check mistakes, credits, but it was editing the music which took the longest, which was probably half a day, since timing with the music is crucial. It tends to get much easier with shorter videos though lol
