@LetTheHorseBeWithYou The temperature of a grill is usually fixed, so i can't really answer that question. i would say just stick it under the heat until you notice it start to bubble/go brown... like making toast!

as for the serving, it really depends on the size of the bread stick, but from the ones used in this video, one of those slices serves one person! (so 2 people here as there are two slices).
