I downloaded the IPS patch, and patched it, but for some reason Mario swims in every level, nothing hurts him and he can't go into pipes. I'm using ZSnes emulator for Original XBox. I patched with ips.exe from Zophar's domain. I used the original US version of Super Mario World. Please help.
