I'm glad you mentioned he was in because of the cold. My first thought was why would someone keep a goat in a house away from it's natural habitat. I hate the fact that people try to domesticate animals that don't belong in defined spaces. An A+ for you looking out for little tyke. The cold can be brutal. He should be grown by now.
