i think chimchar is the best sinnoh starter coz if u choose him rival will choose piplup. its final form,empoleon is a water type wich is super effective aganist water but it is also a steel type wich is weak to fire

Don't use cheats! I have four level 100 pokemon and I did not use cheats at all. Train at the Elite Four. Try to get the pokemon you are going to train through a trade. If the pokemon you are training has been traded he gets boosted exp. points. It really doesnt take that long if you can one hit ko all of the Elite Four's pokemon. For instance, once I got my rayquaza up to level 87 I could one hit ko all of the elite four using raquaza's move outrage.
