  • @josephgonzales2 He was saying the (kickboxing) training in Holland is in general much tougher (perhaps because of the cold) than in other places like the US.

    They train together and teach each-other their secrets, unlike elsewhere, which makes them better.

    Critical of Dutch government regulation.

    Groundfighting is starting to pick up in Holland - evidenced by Allistair and Mousasi.

    Finally talks about training methods, about the growing awareness of essential core training - helping endurance.
