wassup dre, ive been doing an exercise alot like this, except you have your elbows resting on the ground instead of being on your hands. I think its called a plank or sometimes three-way core stabilisation because you do it on either side aswell.
Is there any advantage to doing it the way you are, over how i've been doing it?
Hey what's up, I just saw your site and I loved what I saw and I have a question for: I'm an 19 years old man who lives in Canada whose 'goal' is to play in the NBA and some people say that at 19 years old it is impossible to make it. I'm currently not playing on a team because I got cut from the basketball team but this summer I plan on working out everyday and push myself to have a spot in this team. So I was wondering what good advice could you give me. Please reply ASAP
dre how do u post up like getting to the block and calling for the ball i mean everytime i try the guy thats behind me like swims over and steals the ball before i get possession
so all i have to do is to maintain that position all the time?
