The bridge set was designed with two bathrooms but they were never actually seen or built. On the starboard side of the bridge, in the same alcove as the door to the conference room, is a door labeled HEAD. The door is never open on camera but occasionally crewmen are seen entering or exiting the bridge from that direction and must be using that door. Also, in Picard's ready room, the alcove with a food replicator also has doors to the captain's head. Picard sometimes enters a scene from there.

The best part is the cut where the Enterprise is getting sucked into a black hole. Picard's reaction to it at 0:02 is hilarious, and in the face of impending doom he decides he's going to take a shit. The subtleties in these TNG edits make them all the more brilliant. Make more please!!

For those wondering, Qapla is Klingon for "Success!" and it is often used as a celebratory exclamation or as a parting greeting. Picard has said it on a number of occasions when dealing with the Klimgon high council, or to Worf (Also, it's vaguely onomatopoeia for the sound of his duty hitting the water, ie "ker-plop"). It's a Klingon cultural thing, and Picard is using to salute his shit. That's what makes Worf's reaction shot to Geordi twice as priceless.
