There are plenty of places you can do this, but you need the right obstacle to crash into to start the roll. The real big jumps don't have anything to hit :(

You only have to get to the menu with the online options. You can join a freeburn room if you like to see what result you get, but you can just go back offline.

It still works on all platforms, just make sure you pause it during the slow motion crash sequence and before you collide with anything.

There are alot of places in the game that the hot rod will do this, see my other vid for a few, and experiment to find your own.

You don't get the slowmotion crash while online, and I think when you go into the menus your car will still be moving.

I suppose it could do it, but I don't think it would be easy to time.

LOL, yeah I'm a noob mate, after making the video I worked out it comes down to the fps the game runs at, not the processor, so it wouldn't matter what machine you run it on, it would need to run at more than 60fps to give a smooth roll.

Some boring stuff, 11 rolls @ 360 degree in around 2.5 seconds = 3960 degrees. 2.5 seconds = 150 frames. What you see is the car rolling around 26 degrees for each frame, confusing the human eye into seeing a car that looks like it is rolling in stop motion.

nice trick mate... i remember another glitch using the same jump... but flying into the air with showtime, going over a wall and falling eternally under paradise... that was fun. How can you pull this off in an online room with some mates? i do not believe that you can select online freeburn while you are already in a room... please comment back if you will.

It's done offline, then when you get the slowmo crash you pause & go online. It's a glitch, taking advantage of a moment of invincibility. So it can't be done if you are already online. The fall through the map you mention, is just going into showtime as you hit the jump.

You obviously haven't checked out my other videos, I've done everything in the game several times, have over 2000 hours on it, now it's a case of seeing what else can be done while we're waiting for the island. If you don't want to use the exploit that's your decision, but it doesn't give anyone an advantage over other people in anyway, THATS called cheating!

The only problem with this glitch is the fact that your tires can lock. pain in the ass

joining a bike room, then a car room will reset it (quickest method). If you're not joining online, start an event then when you get the lock up you can just restart that event & it will reset the car as well.

That's the 2 best methods without having to load your save game.

For some reason for me, starting my own room takes a bit longer & it won't count my rolls while the room opens up, wierd.

Incorrect. The lock on boost is an all-new type, it's simply called Locked. Only the Extreme Hot Rod has it.

Just to add a little more information, you must come to a complete stop to turn off the boost, and you'll never run out of boost.

xbox & ps3 can be bought in a number of different ways, but I think the PC cars can only be bought ingame & in packs not seperately, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

This is the same way how to get a flat spin over 2500 degrees but instead its by the quarry, (using the pause menu)...There is no skill in this, u really did not get a x10 + barrel roll. You cheated it, to prove that u really got it you need to be able to get it with out tricking it so u dont get wrecked and so u dont use the damn pause menu.

i find it impossible to drive that car, because the boost "locks on"....... it never runs out and you cant turn it off once its on.
