You should lift the weights in a slower, more deliberate fashion. BBing ain't about pushing out 10 reps of half asses reps and not even stressing the muscle fibre. Gotta break that shit down so it builds back up!
Jason, youve put on a lil size but your really unproportioned. You need to work on your shoulders and traps. One side is noticablly larger than the other.you also need to work on getting the upper portion of your back thicker. Its really lacking. And stop walking around like your lats are huge, your obviously flaring them.
