The thing is, to me, S.D. are not really a pop band like DEVO. They're more a mix of Jazz (Horace Silver, Parker,Coltrane etc) & a William Burroughs nightmare.

There are many jazz artists that have been influenced by SD but not many pop bands.

Their harmonies are complex, lyrics are freaky and musicianship has always been 1st class.

SD are hard to define & totally unique.

I saw them in Orange Beach the following night. They did include "Do It Again" in their setlist, and it was just as marvelous as it is here. It was amazing to be in the company of about ten thousand fellow Dan-fans, many of them old codgers like me, pumping their arms in the air on the sing-along chorus "You go back / Jack / Do it again."
