The only thing that makes a pitbull anymore dangerous than most other breeds is if for whatever reason it does bite its guaranteed to do serious damage simply because its such a powerful breed. I personally dont think a pitbull is a suitable pet for a child because ALL dog breeds have the potential to bite. However pitbulls are a fantastic breed & in the right home make great pets but sadly guys with small dick syndrome who abuse them to make their dicks look bigger give them a bad reputation

anyone who says these dogs are bad with children need to read up on their history, in england they used to be called The Nanny Dog due to how good they were with the children, they are breed by US to be dog aggressive and beat by US to be human aggressive. We made these dogs what they are they should not be punished for our stupidity. me and my brother had pitbull boxer mixed puppies I had the girl he had the boy. Out of the whole litter they are the only ones who survived. Supposedly they where to violent and were all put down for turning on their owners. I know for a fact that the owners abused the dogs and made them vicious. I saw how the others were mistreated. over her life my dog prevented me from getting jumped, detered a burgler while I was out, and loved my children without incident. yeah they are bad dogs.B.S.

You know It has been tested that Pitbulls test high on their temperment test. They are the least likely to attack.
