i had the same prob. i found out if u put the seet infront of u like wat he does he doesnt hav the seet under him u go higher thats just my opinion.

Is the trick to have the seat lower then what one would normally have? Cause I'm having extreme difficulty bunny hopping. I can only do 7-12.

uhhh the seat down is more of a preferable choice...but just keep on practicing hopping and you'll get it eventually.
