Greetings. I love this song. It's ethereal - beautiful. Have to admit I also had the same thought about the woman in this video. I wondered why she wasn't darker-skinned, Black, etc. Note, I am multiracial Black/Latina myself! I don't think this is about being more evolved people getting over skin color. There are racist situations in this world that can make it hard to do that - to think interracial love is not based on something else like status or self-issues.

Unfortunately the person(s) to blame for selecting the female is most likely the casting dept. I also feel that Kenny should have more say in the casting of the female since he is the artist expressing the song in the video. Apparently the casting dept. don't want to express or advertise black love (male & female). Like it doesn't exist. Kenny should of had Chante' Moore in the video since she is his wife.
