I own an M6. I am not in the slightest bit upset to see it beaten by a £200k 458 Italia! I find 500bhp adequate for most road situations!!

Test drove the Italia at Silverstone; Stunning car. Just somewhat (very) out of my budget!!

Why cant the rest of you M owners and enthusiasts stfu about bmw loosing becuase of bad performance modifications. Just admit that the m6 lost to a ferrari, theres no shame in that. Yes it could beat it with some tuning and what not, but here it lost. M6 lost to a very reputable car brand, ferrari. At least it wasnt a civic or integra pos car.
