wow people im saying this and this is my opinion...a ps3 (playstation 3) is better becuase it has todays technology by the sucking in of the disk...it has the same controls as the xbox just placed differently...and u can get the games that u have for xbox either on pc or ps3 idky everyone thinks that moder warfare 3,and gta episodes god...if i wanted somtin that wouldve died on me (red ring of death) then i wouldve bought the 360...this is my opinion so DONT CRITICIZE ME

I too have all 3 systems and I find myself playing my ps3 more and more often. So I guess it really does come down to opinion. Play a ps3 before purchasing one, see if you like it. hardest thing i found out about tryin to make working functioning high speed gears, is the mesh, if you cant get specific angles you cant construct a good gear. the faster you go the more unstable it goes. nice job tho id like to see a high speed example. awesome rack and pinion.
I plan on downloading a 100% save to get the parts. To me it isnt cheating. I have already gone through the story mode. To me this game is about creation and not the story mode. I really dont feel like spending a few days or more dedicated to finding these parts,because I want to build a great level. Thats annoying. I think they should either give you all the parts from the start... and find some sort of other collectable to go after in the levels... or give them all to you after the tutorials.

Wow! I tried this late one night but couldn't get it to work so I quit. Now that I know it's possible I'm definitely going to make a factory-like level that includes a lot of gears and gear-driven gameplay mechanics.
In the beta version of LBP MM did not include premade gears so I wanted to see if I could make my own. It was pretty simple to make but the gears could not take high speeds without breaking.
Do you have the retail version? From the gear tests I did I'm assuming the premade gears in the retail version do not operate under normal physics or they would break easily.

LBP online is cool! But the fun is making the levels and sharing them!!
The online is a bit laggy at the beginning.
The game MAG on Domination (256 players) has absolutely NO LAG! It's amazing, and shows what other games can do if they scale down other things.

I have 360, i prefer the game list. But i know ps3 is probably technically better, but i like games on the 360 more.
However i will probably buy a ps3 because LBP looks so awesome.

Little big planet online = big lag (sometimes you will get in a good game though and it won't lag)
warhawk = never lagged in my life its the best online game I've ever played
Resistance 2 online = NO LAG!!!
Cod5 = Sometimes you will lag if you're wireless.
Psn isn't all that laggy all the time, though I will admit XBL NEVER (most of the time) lags.
