cuz, when you get into a situation like that, on a honda, when only one of your front tires is spinning, and you need that other tire to spin, just hit the gas and jam the front brakes at the same time. when you apply the front brakes, it will stop that spinning wheel and transfer power to the other wheel...the one with traction. try it out, hondas don't really need diff lock.
