But I've heard about some of the crazy things the French have done over fast food, and you know what, I support them and their desire to protect their culinary identity.
McDonalds is truly an evil empire. Their food is fucking NASTY. I can't believe you people put that shit in your bodies. There's nothing wrong with a good burger made with lean ground beef, real cheese, and fresh vegetables. Everything served at McDonalds is processed with chemical additives and is just gross. You're essentially eating a lesser version of dog food. Yes! Dogs eat better food than McDonalds nastiness!

@BaalsJurisdiction I can't speak for french mcdonalds but I visited berlin germany a week ago and I did try the mcdonalds out and it tasted so much worse than the american mcdonalds. I think it's cooked in a different oil and probably abit healthier than ours as well. Also it bothered me that their large is the size of our medium. lol yeah I missed american fatty food.

Well, at least the sizes aren't the same: McDonald's in France's large fries is america's medium or large, and the largest drink is in between the american medium and small. I now live in Quebec, but I can say with the utmost confidence that there are few countries that contend with America's McDonald's sizes, and Canada and France are not among them

when your working a lot of hours, you don't think much about whats in your food, when you are layed off, you read the labels, read books about gmo crops, round up ready, bt potatoes, corn fed cows.
