for emerald right? they seem alright but i dont know their moveset and your also missing two. im guessing your playing by stadard rules and no legendaries so i would say you need a better pokemon in the front instead of metagross. you also need to make sure your two other pokemon or the team is able to beat the opponent's skarmory and blissey because they are common and the opponent will switch around with them. with those 4 pokemon im guessin u have no chance against those 2.

dont have flygon he is a horrible pokemon but keep salamence metagross and houndoom get a better pokemon for flygon
