  • Wow! Those look very good...Are they Spicy? I am a big fan of pickles myself! Thank you for uploading this video, I'll have to try one of the recipes. p.s. I tried Your omelette method and I can't Thank You enough!!! They turned out PERFECTLY and tasted wonderful! Thank you again and have a good day.

  • Thanks a lot for the comments,on pickles and omelette. In reality an omlette, or as a matter of fact any meal, in MUMBAI, India, (where i am from) is always served with a mango or lemon pickle. The instant pickles are spicy by AMERICAN CULINARY DEFINITION .

However , with popularity of MEXICAN, INDIAN, ITALIAN, AND CHINESE FOODS ,that i have noticed has changed that traditinal definition. Besides spicy does not mean necessarily, pungent/burning.explaination follows....please wait...

  • It can be adjusted to individual taste or pungency tolerance level more or less by the individual use of the burning /type spice such as chilies or horse radish etc.

the purpose for this video was to show the basic principle of PICKLING THAT IT CAN BE DONE IN < 1 HR, <24 HRS, 1 WEEK OR FEW MONTHS

depending upon choice of ingredients and spices. Armed with information in video 213 all about pickles, you can make/adjust to your individual TASTE.BASIC NEEDS are use of acid, salt+time etc.byebye
