this vs breakout or rouge? Or is there another Knife around 100 range auto. I also was thinking Microtech OTF for around 200. Help me out what knife should I get. O btw Im in NH Live Free or Die we have no restrictions on knives. EDC with light work.
Nice knife. Here in left-leaning California if you carried it and/or used it to defend yourself from an attack by a criminal you would do more prison time than the criminal. Even carrying an assisted opening knife makes you subject to arrest if the cop doesn't understand the difference.
you could saw a branch with that jimping. why the hell did they use all that awesome design and then use aus8 for the blade. wtf! id go with a breakout or rogue from kershaw. its pretty damn good for sog though. i admit that. looks good too. i can tell you are excited by this knife. so did you pick one up for you? and alot of people comment that autos could only be used medium duty or light. but for tactical use you only need to use it once. job done buy a new one if it saved your life.

i like the knife except for one thing, why is the steel aus-8? the regular spec elites are vg-10, and the autos are aus-8, whats up with that?

Looks cool. Wonder how long to lock up will last with use. If it is like most autos, any medium use will mess up the lock fairly quickly.
