I don't if this is only on my GHWT drum kit but during drum fills, you can hit the the big chunks of empty space and it hits all the pads without doing much work.

I honestly think that Guitar Hero should stay "Guitar" Hero if you know what I'm saying. They are comming out with Guitar Hero Greatest hits, and it comprises of some songs from the Guitar Hero series. I honestly just want it to be Guitar. Because all of this is uneccessary. The Song create system is cool. But...honestly, I can do just fine with supplied drum tracks and bass tracks.

Guitar Hero had to add in the other instruments or Rock Band would've completely taken over. And if you dont like the other instruments, here's and idea: don't play them. And if you don't like the idea of GH: Greatest Hits, here's another idea: don't buy it. pretty simple stuff if you ask me.

Ummm...I didn't say that I didn't like the idea. Guitar Hero III was doing just fine by itself against Rock Band. Sure there were onlya couple downloads months apart, but it was good. Did it have drums? Did it have vocals? No. It was awesome. Adding the drums and the mic was completely unecessary. Your right, I could just play Guitar, but I gots some achivements to get mayne!!

Guitar Hero was doing fine against Rock Band because they released the game far before RB.

If GH and RB got released at the same time with GH only having guitar and RB the entire band, 90% of the people would have chosen RB.

And it's good to have competition, cause now both games try to improve with each version (GH now has an entire band to play with too) the release instead of endless copies of the same game. (for example: EASports) GH was trying to do the same but then came RB!

Yeah...but what's the point. All that extra worl seems redundant. GH3 may have come out way before Rock Band, but do you seriously think that it would cause 90% to chose Rock Band. I'd say that people have equal hate for Rock Band, just saying. "ZOMG YOU can't create a song like off World Tour." Don't get me wrong, the drums are creative...but I am old fashioned. Kind of caught me off guard. lol.
