Maybe you answered this and I just missed it, but what fuel will you be running at 13:1? E85? Race gas?

my 50 cc scooter is 13/1 and i use unleaded 98 or 95 ron gas.

100-110 octane race gas. Probably shoot for a total advance of around 34-36 degrees BTDC

i like the spark idea but why use smaller ones? bigger ones has a stronger and bigger spark

All plugs perform the same function, size is not a determining factor for how much spark or how strong it is - that's a function of the coil.
