Wow, even the audience is disciplined. In the US, you have people screaming people's names while they're singing in these school concerts. Not a peep from the audience. They don't even start applauding until the conductor puts his hands all the way down.

If your mother / father yelled your name out in the middle of a concert like this, they would be considered to be "different" and the child will suffer for the rest of his / her school life.
