I have a suspicion that the back of his clothes are coated in this liquid we were shown in science class. It's highly flamable, which is why his clothes went up in flames to quickly, and only the liquid catches fire, which is why, other than the fact that he was walking to keep the flames from spreading, his front didn't catch fire. Our science teacher used it to set fire to his hand, and he was unharmed. Amazing act, anyway, I love Criss.

The cut in the shot happens at 1:02, the camera was purposely buried in the fog of the fire extinguishers to hide the cut. If you watch closely you can see that most of the guys are in different spots when the fog clears that would have been impossible to reach at the speed they were moving. About 90% of the tricks Chris does on his show depend on creative editing, nothing too original.

I understand what you are saying, but the speed they are moving does not match up with their positions when the fog first starts to clear, they would have had to suddenly move faster while the fog was covering the camera to end up where they do. There is no logical reason to do this, so how do we explain it? The men are not where they logically should be because there are two separate shots.

The cameras were not buried in the fog of the fire extinguishers by accident. The production team had every ability to cover and show the trick from many different angles, but they didn't, why? Because there is no other way to make a seamless transition from one shot to another without completely covering the camera for a split second. I am a filmmaker and in my editing I constantly have to employ tricks like this, many of his other tricks can be explained with simple editing tricks.
