Those 3 cars aren't considered "true automatics." Obviously everyone and their mother knows the Veyron is the fastest production car in the world, but it's not considered "automatic" by the car industry. Google "McClaren SLR fastest automatic" and I'm more than sure you'll see what I mean.

I actually love the CCX, even though it's not the fastest. I think it would out handle all of these cars around a track as well.
Um no your wrong and a dumb-ass.The SSC Ultimate Aero is a powerful engine sports car manufactured by Shelby SuperCars. The precious SSC Ultimate Aero TT is the worlds fastest production car, which travels at a top speed of 257 mph.
I'm well aware of what the Ultimate Aero TT is, and in fact, they're stating it's only going to get faster. But, SCC only made something like 25 of them the first time around. That's barely "production" in my opinion. Bugatti said it's making 300 Veyron's, 215 of which have been delivered as of August. And if you want to talk about fastest car around a track, the Radical SR8LM went around Nurburgring in 6m48s, topping it's predecessor by 7 seconds! Where's the Aero on the list? No where!
Um once again you are wrong 30 cars is in fact production stage. Even if your right you are excluding car that are not built until people buy them, such as the Reventón. Moreover if we can only talk about cars that are being mass produced then the SR8LM would also have to be excluded WOW! Either A. you agree the the SSC is faster and is produce or b. you exclude the SR8LM and I am still right.The new version known as 2009 SSC Ultimate Aero modified and the increase of horsepower about 15%.

The only reason I mentioned the SR8LM was for argument sake about Nurburgring and how the Aero hasn't even been on it yet, which isn't saying much. So it's fast in a straight line, big deal, I've seen a Civic turn a 8sec 1/4 mile! At least the Bugatti has been around the track, and it's fast too! Fact is, more than 30 people can say they've driven the Bugatti, for that reason, I'm still not willing to put the Aero at the top of my list.

The fastest "I KNOW OF" Bugatti Veyron at 253mph. Enzo, Murcielago are both WAY faster.

Even then, I would prefer a SLR over the Veyron, but the Murcielago over the SLR.
