Wow this is such a beautiful video, and nice music in the background and specially how amazingly it covered a presentation of small scale brick manufacturing.
Thank you very much for posting it here. i was looking for such video for the past many years, as i am doing research on how to design a small scale brick manufacturing plant.
The more bricks you make (bigger kiln) the better and more efficient the process is. got for it!
not sure of the size. I suggest looking for the movie "last brick maker in america".....pretty good movie actually and it has some really accurate footage of a large scale process.
as for wood, I used about half a cord of wood (4 feet x 4 feet x 4 feet)
This is a great pair of videos! Thanks for making them for us. I have been working on homemade brick firing for a year now. Your results were very much like mine after I learned the proper way to fire them.

Well the video was no doubt one of a kind for me, but i was surprised that you responded to my posting as well
I'll be really grateful if you'll answer the below queries.
1.I want to create a brick kiln that can produce at least 35000 bricks at one firing.
can your design work for such scale production.
2.how much wood will be required and what will be the size of such kiln
3.How many KG or tons of wood were used in ur particular kiln and how much will work for methank you very much
