you can also make them in a cup in the microwave just add a bit of water and cook for 20-30 sec...also if you make them like this and sort of swirl the water just as you cook them the white sits nicer!

Tell hubby that the viniger helps the whites in the egg stay stable. The whites stay around the yolk better when poaching. Oh! My cat loves bacon too!
