My Grandmother's side of the family married into the Culp family. My Great Uncle Walter Lamberson, 149th Pa. Inf. Vol. was wounded on 1 July 1863 at Gettysburg. It is unknown if both of my kinsmen faced each other on that day?
One of the most interesting anecdotes of the war to be sure.
