  • Jesus, I hope they're really not going to remake this movie. The True Grit remake was pretty damn good, I'll admit, but a movie like this hollywood would just go too far with.

  • You know what scene I like the most: the one with Mapache and the soldier kid. Even a scoundrel like Mapache shows pride in front of the boy. The same kid at the end of the movie avenges Mapache (his hero) death shooting at Pike.

  • classic flic, i need a unedited copy!

  • tight fucking movie,, still good today... too bad they cant do a remake,, it would probably suck balls

  • This movie inspired the movie Extreme Prejudice

  • the studio would always meddle with Sam, the same with Orson welles, just to flex their power. Most studio execs have no clue how films are made. They are all bean counters and care not for the artistic values cinema exhibits!

  • The ending of this movie is very violent for its day and bloody , good.

  • @ArmondoOrtiz76Lincol Hell it's bloody and violent for today - and a true masterpiece

  • I think I love Peckinpah... wow... wish I could buy him a drink.

  • washers sticking out your ass and up your nose you ars holes on here

  • stick the washers up your ass

  • I had an idea of doing a Homage to this movie. It was called the killers. I haven't written the script just yet. But I'm working on it.

  • Wow, that's one trailer that does not give the film justice. The Wild Bunch is the best western ever - but this trailer makes it look like some typical Hollywood garbage.

  • is it that different and good?, I mean from "rio bravo" for example

  • PIKE!!!!!PIKE!!!!!!!!!!!

  • oh yes- "PIKE, PIKE" is a masterpiece for its own. watch the last battle folks, and you'll understand how astonishing is that from the mouth of mr. Borgnine!

  • if they move...kill'em

  • im a children when this happen he was a generous man.

  • WILLIAM HOLDEN send me to the store for a few coca cola drink (1968) he give me a dollar fr the favor, this happen iN PARRAS COAHUILA.when they made the movie.

  • this is an authentic american classic western, the best. the running time of the film is 134 min, director's cut is 142 min., with two deleted scenes. Brilliant!

  • Holden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Interesting that this original trailer features a scene that was cut in the original US release (the flashback where Thornton was shot).

  • One of the truly great westerns. Great acting and a good story. New techniques and classic Peckinpah touch. Sadly missing form todays churn-mill.

  • William Holden simply kicked ass in this movie. No other western icon could top this performance - not even Wayne. Holden's aging western gunman holding on to his day to the very interacting with scenery rife with symbolism all around him makes this role a role of a lifetime. Awesome, just awesome...

  • John Wayne hated the film because it destroyed the romantic myth of the West. I think TWB gave the myth a pulse with the beat of a jackrabbit on coke. :D

  • DUVALDEM ikniow a WILLIAM HOLDEN when he film the movie in PARRAS COAHUILA,he was a bromista man,(jocky)?,he was a very nice man in the real life. im a children when i see this man work in THE WILD BUNCH.

  • One of the best Westerns ever from the great Sam Peckinpah.

  • the best by peckinpah....great it straight and 3rd all time after sergio leone's

the good the bad and the ugly and once upon a time in the west

  • Esta es la mejor pelicula de la historia del cine. Peckinpah es la religion.

  • thank you sam forever....

  • Perfection in every way..
