That baby needs to be smacked did across her face. Why can't she behave like the boy? Girls are such drama queens. I'd pull to the side of the street, get a good switch, and spank her with it while onlookers point and laugh at her. Hopefully the experience would be traumatic enough to shut her up for good.

After the camera was off she was punished and she was still upset, timeout and what not! Yes she was bad. She was tired from a long day at shopping and wanted some candy.
