If you have a video card SPANNING both screens instead of having two "separate" desktops milkdrop can be configured to do this. The way to know if your dual head video card is SPANNING is to look at the resolution settings. If it's 2560 x 1024 it's spanning, if it's two separate resolutions, 1280x1024 and 1280x1024 this will not work. At least as far as I know of. You can stretch the visualizer window across both displays as a temporary solution.
